Safety is the number one priority at H2I Group. Our trained experts dedicate themselves to maintaining proper protocols at all time. Because we practice proper protocols onsite we are confident all of our projects are completed without sacrifice of safety. Our safe practices committee meets quarterly to discuss ways we are improving the safety culture at H2I. Making sure all installation crews are properly trained on equipment is one of the main missions of the committee. We are proud of our EMR rating of 0.82
We make sure our teams know we will never compromise their safety for the sake of the job. At the end of the day, everyone wants to go home to their families. We begin every company meeting with a discussion about our EMR, days with no lost time, and culture. For each 100 day milestone without lost time we celebrate with H2I sponsored breakfast or lunch at our many office locations. This keeps the safety culture at the top of mind of all of our employees, in the field and in the office.
We celebrate small wins by empowering our job superintendents to give out “safety shoutouts” when they see proper protocols being followed. With each day that passes without injuries or incidents we know these small successes are adding up to large wins. As an employee owned company we know our people are our best asset; that is why we are committed to keeping our employee owners safe and injury free.
